One company. Two names. One thing we do.
Fire Damage Restoration Contractors, Inc. is the incorporated legal entity. Coast Construction Company is the DBA — the doing-business-as name — that San Francisco Bay Area customers, fire departments, insurance adjusters, and building departments have known since 1983.
The two names refer to the same contractor. FDRC is used for the educational and discovery-focused side of the company's online presence. Coast Construction Company is the working contractor identity — the name on the truck, the boards, the permit applications, and the project contracts.
We do not do mitigation, contents restoration, textile cleaning, abatement, or hazmat testing. We rebuild damaged residential and commercial properties using insurance proceeds. One thing, done completely, for over forty years in the same counties.
